Have you ever met anyone that you instantly liked or disliked? Have you engaged in an activity in which you had no training yet were proficient? While we may call it "déjà vu", Dr. Karen Frank suggests that this phenomena is very likely our past life memories.
Dr. Frank's Healing With Past Lives is an interesting read in the art of using hypnosis as an aid for past life regression. The author intends for her book to open up to you the possibility that past lives exist and that you may in fact improve your health, your life, and your relationships with the knowledge of your past lives lived. Dr. Frank provides numerous case studies of individuals and couples that have healed and grown through the use of past life regression.
I was particularly impressed by the author's own account of her journey to Egypt to discover her own past life experience. In fact, if this "writing self-help books thing" does not work out for her, she may want to consider writing adventure novels because her descriptive style made me feel as if I had been transported to Egypt with her. Or, perhaps I just experienced a little regression myself!Dr. Frank's book also includes a CD to assist the reader in self-hypnosis. The author holds a Doctorate degree in Metaphysics and integrative healing and is a Medical Hypnotherapist in North Carolina. She devotes her private practice to helping people with difficult-to-heal conditions.
