| 50% of payment is due with ad copy. The remaining amount must be paid in full before the 15th of every month, BEFORE Release date! |
| For example: The April/May issue is released April 1st, therefore full-payment for the ads MUST be received by March 15th. Signed Contracts MUST be on file to receive frequency discounts, and special payment arrangements.

| Balance is due net 15 days from the date of invoice. A 2% late fee may be charged (up to 24% yearly) to all invoices past due. Advertisers agree to pay reasonable attorney fees if legal action is required to collect payments. |

| FREQUENCY DISCOUNTS: Advertisements must be run consecutively to receive discounts, unless otherwise agreed upon by the publisher. Advertisers may run different size ads under the discount rates. |

| Publisher reserves the right to change the ad rates without notice. All rates under signed contract will be honored. New Ad rates for new advertisers will be based on the rate card that is in existence at the time of the first insertion. |
