Did you know that every time you breathe, you breathe in God? God is the breath of life. It is God's breath that awakens a new born to life. The deeper breathing in meditation means breathing in God deeply and slowly as it fills the body right down to the cellular level with God. A woman I knew was very stressed out and felt like she needed some answers to her immediate problems. She began to walk faster, think harder, and breathed faster as she paced around. She knew she had to find those answers inside of herself or get help from God by asking. She decided to ask God for help right then. I said, "God will hear your question or request, but you may have difficulty hearing the answers because there is little room left for God to get inside you so you can hear the answers. The shallow fast breathing blocks God's entry, the constant thinking blocks any new thoughts, and trying to keep up with your pacing would tire God out. She laughed along with me and said she never looked at how she was breathing as to how much of God she was or was not breathing in. I thought this was a simple way to help you see the importance of our breath in all of our moments.
I would like to take this time to share with you some messages from the Inner Stellar Beings communicated through Denny Holmes and edited by Pat Smith. These words helped me to see more clearly the importance of meditation, turning inside, and experiencing an inner world that I am integrating into my outer world.
We live in two worlds, an inner world and an outer world. Those who are here upon this plane in service of the Light and Truth will be finding themselves very much connected with their inner world. What is inside of you is not a dream. It is a reality that is as much a reality as you have come to view what is outside of you as a reality. You will be learning integration of this as you turn into your- self and you access that reality, your God Self and Love nature, your inner world which encompasses all things, your inner world where you are never alone but actually a part of all that exists. While you are turned within yourself, you are in the experience of your God Self, your being, that state of love from which you have sprung forth. You will be finding that this will be a key experience for you. Because of that internal experience, you will be bringing it into your external moments. There is much more to life than your physical reality and body. You have the key in knowing that the kingdom is within you and that you move from your heart, from that place within the experience of love that you have sprung forth and all life has sprung forth from. You have turned within yourself; you have turned into God in doing so.
There are those times when you are still within the experience of various emotions from one moment to the next. Maybe you feel tired or maybe you feel joyous, or you feel lonely, or hurt and so on. The difference is you are not living in that 100% of the time and that is simply a part of your evolutionary process. You are here to experience the God that you are. You can only experience that for yourself. What might rub off on others, will or will not. It is your experience and when you are here to serve in that way, to serve by being a Christed Being, one that is living within themselves and manifesting that that they are.
What if you had everything, right in this moment, that you thought you had wanted? You would still, one moment to the next, have the opportunity to use your own will to choose what experience you were wanting, whether it is to feel a little sad, a little lonely, to feel a lot of joy or whatever it is at anytime. Even if you have around and about you all that you are wanting, you still have around and about you THAT WILL. You can choose to experience whatever you so choose to experience. But, because of your evolution, because of your knowing, because of the experiences that you have had, you are having, and are seeing, feeling or knowing through the experience, you move rapidly along without becoming caught up in the psychological processes, such as saying, "Well, I'm this kind of person, I'm a co-dependant person, or I'm just this kind of person and I need to do some work on that or I'd better work on that a little." You accept it, you MOVE into yourself, you continue to turn IN-TO-YOURSELF. You turn IN to yourself; you turn IN to God. Is that not a beautiful comment? INDEED, for that is where the entire Universe lies, where ALL THAT IS springs forth from, within and out and all of space, all of your molecules, your atoms, and the space that appears in between. God is there and in all things too.
As you turn within yourself, IN TO that experience of your Godness, All That Is, you begin to have an understanding and clarity that that love is within ALL. It is the space between the molecules, it is the molecule, it is the object, it is the table, it is the tree, it is the body, it is ALL THINGS and the space in between them, the air, the wind, and the water. It Is All Things.
When you begin to have that knowing and that experience and you understand that, more and more of it will be recalled. It will be brought forth and you will begin to have a very clear grasp of how energy itself works. Also, you will have a very clear grasp of what is serving the Light of God and what is not. You will make movement and choice in the direction of Love itself for that is what you resonate with and that IS serving the Light. It is you, turned inside out, moving through this reality as love made manifest. Namaste.
